Spotless when we arrived and Ilir had left fruit and water in the fridge. We loved the beach and extended by two nights.

About this place
Four bright bedrooms open onto a long terrace where the pool runs straight into the view of the three Ksamil islands. Mornings are quiet here: the village is below you and the only sound is the sea. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Ilir can stock the fridge with local cheese, figs and fresh bread before you arrive. Butrint National Park is a 5 minute drive. Sarandë and the ferry to Corfu are 20 minutes. Add a Hop! ride from Tirana with a stop at the Blue Eye and arrive without changing buses.

A few small things, still lovely
Water pressure was a bit low in the evenings, but Ilir fixed what they could right away. The breakfast and the view more than made up for it.

Is the pool heated?
Yes, from May to October. In July and August it does not need it.
Can we book a boat to the islands?
Yes. Add a private boat trip from the Hop! trip planner or ask Ilir, the dock is a short walk away.
Is it suitable for small children?
Yes, the pool has a gate and we have a crib and high chair. The terrace has glass rails.
